Useless app I called T-MOBILE customer care and even technical support and no one knows why it doesn't work. Though the unit is paid off and not part of my EIP. Funny thing though t-mobile blames Samsung, for me to call them directly. really?
Samsung avant App says it's not compatible with my device, even tho this is supposed to be the only device that's compatible....makes no sense
app not working! I called 5 or 6 times t mobile and they told me same thubg.. wait for email to unlock.. tech support could not do anything about it.. they suggested to do a complete erase on ly phone and start again! and that's not even sure it could work. do nothing that would be a sure solution but resetting my phone 😬!!
Doesn't work Purchased a Samsung Avant and paid in full. App will not unlock my phone. Contacted T-MOBILE (45 minutes to get through another 20 explaining the situation) they said they would have to send me an unlock code. Just received an email telling me to use the app???? DOESN'T WORK! !!! App is a minus ZERO, YOU TOO T-MOBILE SHAME ON YOU FOR WASTING MY TIME!
Good app, bad t-mobile I bought the avant from t-mobile to use on another network as a backup work phone. The only way they will unlock my phone is if I have it on a service plan with them for 2 months. The app seems to work well, tho, even if only to tell me it can't do anything
two days of working with it and it still doesn't work I had all the same problems (not working on my Avant, called TMobile, went through hours of trying to get it work, and nothing) keep getting 'Server not responding. Please try again later.' TMobile is now on the phone trying to connect with Samsung to see if they can help us.
