I've used it to find my dog on cold dark nights more than once. I taped the device to his collar and I turn on quick tracking mode to see where he is when I let him outside. The app is not intuitive and it's buggy but after more than a month I'm efficiently performing this very narrow yet essential task. This makes me an extremely happy customer.

It worked the first time I connected to the tracker but now all it says is "error starting syncUp tracker". I've quit and closed the app multiple times but it's still not working. I have the s22 ultra...update: so it started working again, but then when I went to Europe(8-20-22) for a month it never worked again. Now I'm back in the US, and it seemed like 2 of the 4 trackers I have worked but now(11-3-22), the app does not start. It says error, and that's it. The worst app and tracker ever

Hi The Bounce Life, this is an issue that happens when the device profile is not deleted correctly when you unpair a device in the app. If you could email us at syncuptracker@t-mobile.com this can quickly be fixed. Thanks

Works great most of the time. Maybe once a month or two it reports the device as offline or off resulting in wrestling with the non intuitive device button and status light for 5 to 10 minutes to get it back to tracking. Overall a super useful app/device! This latest update to the app significantly improved performance and phone battery life. but there is still room for improvement, šŸ˜€
