Ratings and reviews

I'd give this app no stars if I could. I was trying to use it and it crashed (no exaggeration) 30 times. Various fixes like closing the app, deleting and redownloading, and restarting my phone were tried numerous times to no avail. T-Mobile either needs to fix this app or postpone shutting down the other apps they have to do things like set up a router. I can't even speak to the actual functionality of the app because I still haven't been able to have it stay running long enough to use it.
