Ratings and reviews

The app runs fine. However, can you please remove the new box that pops up asking if you want to add your fingerprint to open the app? Or at least add a check box that says don't ask again so it stops popping up? I am tired of having to skip it every single time I open the app. Fun fact: some screen protectors don't allow your phone to read your fingerprint. I've yet to find one that works on my phone and I am not removing my screen protector.

I hate this app, especially given the fact that T-Mobile is forcing people to go to T-Life to kill off the syncup Drive app. The SyncUP Drive is more user friendly and dynamic, you can zoom in and out on the map of your drive history, you can do none of the in T-Life with the stupid small map of you drive history that I can do nothing with. Not even to zoom in.

Edit re: developer's comment. Reinstalling the app didn't change anything, it still doesn't recognize my gateway is already set up. The instructions show options I don't see, I guess because that first problem. Original post: Terrible app. All I want to do is manage my Home Internet device. It was a pain to set up, doesn't stay synced and keeps prompting to set up again. I can't find the settings to change the WiFi configuration. Its all bloated with ads and junk I don't care about. Worthless.
