I originally wanted to do a higher rating because of the update to a new app but it still has the same problems as the last one. it works the 1st few times you set it up and use but after the the app will never say connected even though I am connected. the only way to fix this is sometimes reinstalling the app or having to factory reset the modem so I never have control of my hotspot nor can I actually check it there is a problem.

The app itself I'll give 2* why because to manage an account and devices it does an okay job, I don't have any real problems yet, but ads unneeded. Overall, I only have this because I use then for the Internet access and with new generation you get less and less control over the modem and a more annoying way to manage it The Web interface was all that was needed to configure or setup the modem/router. While the Web interface is still there, it just tells you to go to the mobile app.
