This app works when installed than never again. Install and Reinstall 24 hrs later again and again.. Piece of crap. So mad I switched to T-Mobile and cannot retrieve VM visually. Horrible VM app. THE WORST. App Is larger compared to others on phone and still doesn't work. All permissions set and still defective. Thumbs Down. Way Down
Needs to be refreshed before it picks up recent voicemails.. Not sure why this doesn't happen when the app opens. I got a notification of a new voicemail 10 hours after the message was left. This only started happening within the last one or two updates. It used to work fine.
like the rest of the reviews state. it used to be great then they updated it to death. it works well but they keep changing it for the worse. im here on the site to find out WHY THE HELL THERE IS NO NOTIFICATION that you have a message??? Facebook, Whats App, and Text Messaging, all have a visual number of notices on their Icon but Visual Voicemail doesnt?
This is the worst thing anyone has ever created and the review should be a quarter of the current one. It is broken in all the ways that matter, like when you get a voicemail, it will sit on the top of the screen for the next three or four times you tap it and listen to the message. Idfk why it does that but someone did their job wrong. Every other time I hit 7 to delete it just crashes. I have a normal S7 and it did this on my previous phone as well. I know there aren't many better options, but if you have a choice DO NOT USE THIS.
The app continually disables itself so I have to manually go in and enable it every time I turn my phone on. It doesn't notify me if I have a voicemail either. I didn't have that problem with my Galaxy S6 Edge Plus but with my Galaxy S7 the VM has never worked. Switching back to YouMail until T-Mobile gets this worked out
Aside from the fact that transcription of voice mails should be free, just like Google Voice, this app doesn't sync often enough. I've seen it go 36 hours! This app stinks!
Our latest Visual Voicemail release adds support for Android Nougat, improves application stability, and continues to add to our Unread Voicemail Widget -- just long press on your homescreen and search for "Visual Voicemail" under Widgets.
