Galaxy S7 Edge This has become VERY mediocre! It used to work great, but now it doesn't even alert you to new vmails. Fortunately I have my email & text alerts set because that's the only way I know I have new messages. It doesn't update and it's like connecting to it the first time each time you go into it to retrieve your messages. T-Mobile, you HAVE to do better! 😝😠
Interferes with Bluetooth connection on Nexus phones My Bluetooth connection drops voice calls when I launch visual vm or when I delete vm messages while on a cell call. The actual BT connection stays on but the voice switches over to the phone headset. I suspect that this happens also when I do not launch visual vm, but as the app refreshes itself periodically while talking using BT Please fix this. Thanks. This problem was fixed on later versions. Thank you.
As of July 2016 Tmobile Visual Voicemail no longer functioning at all! In addition, all my saved voicemail are no longer in the app. There are no visual voicemails in the app anymore, for some time now. Why am I paying $3.99/mo?
So one moment it's broken, then it works, then I think I fixed it but now it is unreliable again. Not going a one star rating but some times when a voicemail is left on the phone or viewing the voicemail, phone process crashes and cell functions won't work for anywhere up to a minute after each crash. It constantly crashes for as long as it's running too, even if it's in the background
Overall this is a good visual voicemail. However, I have noticed if I get voicemails when my phone is off I won't be notified when I turn my phone back on unless I manually open it and refresh OR a call goes to VM while the phone is on. I've missed lots of messages that way, often not finding out until days later! I don't know why this flaw exists, but I hope it's fixed soon. I had sprint before and their visual voicemail was MUCH better.
All kinds of issues Cannot turn this stupid app off. When I think I've done it, it continues to tell me I have messages but I cannot access them. Cannot access my regular voice mail. Stupid, stupid, stupid.
Our latest Visual Voicemail release adds support for Android Nougat, improves application stability, and continues to add to our Unread Voicemail Widget -- just long press on your homescreen and search for "Visual Voicemail" under Widgets.
