Type of products and time of delivery is excellent but the delivery service by bluedart is the worst. I faced worst experience today. Everytime I used to take less than 20 min. Because of some busy in college, the delivery boy went by the time I went and just arguing very arrogantly. Better create something in app only to review about the delivery and returning back items and so on . Only in that way app and your delivery services needs some improvement. But remaining are soo good. Thank you

Most of the items are copies or refurbished. They don't check their items before sending for delivery. I got a defective 3S lipo battery and I'm struggling for the return of that lipo battery. They don't even assign for the return pickup for that defective battery. I've already spend more than ₹300 for courier charges for the return of the battery. I'll never buy any battery items from robu.in and I don't recommend anyone.

worst experience I ordered a charger and got it after 8 days of ordering it ..and when I checked.. it was faulty I have sent the vedio everything demonstrating but they are not refunding the money they say ship Back to us so another 8 days ..also if you shiped back they will repair it and in name of checking they will repair it and they will re-ship you so at the customer end you will get refurbished product at price of new product .they are nothing less than a scammer! #stopped using robu.
