This review is strictly about the app itself. while I enjoy the program and I enjoy being a gold member, the app itself is deplorable. i haven't been able to log onto the app to access my workouts in quite some time. i recently tried to uninstall and then reinstall , only for the app to immediately close upon opening it on my phone. My advice is to save the web safe from the browser onto your home screen. it's much easier than trying to figure out the app.

I haven't been able to access the workouts on the app in months. I'm a gold member but all workouts are locked. Then when I tried to log out, I get an error message. I tried reaching out to customer service but haven't received a response. Today the app stopped working completely and it just crashes when I open it. Luckily the website still works fine but the app does not work. (Samsung Galaxy s23 Ultra)

Hello Helen, I am sorry you're having trouble with the app. Please try clearing your app cache, removing and reinstalling the app, if you are using cellular data try using WiFi connection and vs. If you are still having trouble, please call, email or chat with a live agent on our site during regular business hours. I paid for a yearly Premium membership back in January. The options were decent because of the variety, but now (four months later) you have to "subscribe" and therfore pay more! The videos I saved before are no longer available to watch because 98% of their workout videos aren't accessible with a premium membership. I highly would NOT recommend.
