Very worst experience by using this application.We have booked a ticket on Apr 10, for the journey on 22nd apr. we have made the payment and it was succeeded and pnr page is also generated but while checking the View ticket and ticket status it is showing like invalid details. but we entered all the details correctly. we cannot cancel the ticket and we tried to reach out the helpline and the mail No responses. Kindly requested to the respected Authority to take action immediately .

the upi option does not seem to work properly at times, showing an error. further, i am also not able to select the same seat again, as it is showing booked

Worst app ever. Why u r giving the guest option. sometimes if I book the guest mood no messages conductor number nothing coming. then why should they allow guest mood booking worst tamilnadu app. they don't have that knowledge also. while travelling conductor number very important
