had a very disappointing experience with your service today. I booked a bus from Bangalore to Tirukovilur and was the only passenger with a reserved seat. Since I stay in Koramangala and the only boarding point was Satellite Bus Stand, I had to take an auto to reach there. I was just 5 minutes late, but there was no notification, no way to contact the conductor, and no help from customer support. They simply said I had no other option. Need more improvement. Waste of our money and time. This is not user friendly. Worst App now and forever. Always showing error during final payment. Customer care service very poor response. Without ticket confirmation, if money was deducted kindly refund at the earliest. Bus tracking facility was very poor, Need more transparency of your service.

The app doesn't open when Developer Options are enabled on my phone. It crashes or gets stuck on the loading screen. Please fix this — not everyone wants to disable Developer Options just to use a bus booking app and filter not working.
