Couldnt place an order (second time) and got a false error code saying it was my card. Tried another card, same result. Definitely not my cards so it had to be this app. Shocking after contacting customer support I was told my email was on a block list through no fault of mine. Claimed they fixed it so I wouldnt have an issue in the future. The first time they never said why just apologized, this time the explanation doesnt add up. If its the email why not just say that?

I tried to order at one of my favorite places, and your app would not let me order more than 3 items. I tried to order a fourth, and it wouldn't add it on. I had to call my order in. If a family of 4 can't place an order, there's a problem. Orlando's Resturant doesn't expect to have a minimum of three items per order. Fix the issue, and I will fix my rating.
