Okay, done with this app, moving all my custom to places with their own apps, and letting the old places know this app is why I'm leaving. App is confusing to use, and impossible to contact anyone for help. Tired of all my rewards everywhere going to a random stranger who a few years ago used to have my phone number. No customer or tech support at all, no replies to contact attempts.

This is the most frustrating app. If I enter a city and state it says there are 0 choices. If you manage to sign up with more than 1 restaurant, it is a different ID for each one. I will advise the restaurants that I will go to restaurants with different reward programs. Local by Toast is difficult and frustrating to use. Even their customer support could not help me.

The only reason to use this app is to support local restaurants over the competition: otherwise the app is terrible. It forgets your apartment number. It forgets delivery instructions. It forgets that I ordered delivery not pickup. Every time you launch the app it's like a fresh install, except it has payment info and basic address saved. If you don't write your own checklist on how to update your info in the app EVERY TIME you're going to get burned.
