Pretty easy to use, however reminders could be a bit annoying, since you can't edit right away when you want it to ring. It automatically sets at 30 min before task. I'm new to it so it could be something I 'm missing.
Helps me stay on top of everything I need to do, both at work and at home. It's the only productivity app I've ever stuck with for more than a couple of months.
There are too many features only available via upgrade. Everything is an up-sale. Like remembering repeated tasks. The upgrade is too expensive.
This app was a major disappointment. My main issue is that you can't manually change the recurrence of an event or thing to do. If you can't figure out how to phrase it correctly when you create the event, you're SOL. I wanted to create a thing to do that occurred every 4 weeks on Sunday, but the phrasing to do so wasn't intuitive and once I figured it out, it would change it to "every Saturday" for some reason. Also, when I assigned a parent task, it would put it under the parent and then also list it separately as it's own thing, making it look like I had twice as many things to do. Also, it kept reassigning parent tasks when I moved tasks and since there's no way to edit multiple tasks at once, I had to individually reassign the parent to each task. Overall, my experience with the app was incredibly frustrating.
With its quick and intuitive "add" feature, you don't have to go through several menus to say what time, date or where your task is supposed to be happening. You simply type in "Meet John Doe at Place on Tuesday at 10am" and it creates a task "Meet John Doe" at Place for tomorrow at 10am. Total game changer for a person like me who forgets things super easy.
Well considered UI. I especially appreciate the location alert editor. It suggests recent places and responds to where you are. Overriding US defaults, as I have had to in other such systems, is incredibly grating
• Project picker didn't scroll to selected project when opened.
• Can't close the app if start page is a non-existing project.
• Formatting issue in comment when adding a link to a numbered list.
• Picking priority in Quick add in Chinese.
• A few under-the-hood changes regarding data loading.
