The "updated" version of the app is terrible. Its slow and crashes a lot. Also, every takeout order defaults to 30 mins minimum. It used to say asap and my preferred location had it ready in 10 mins most days. Twice now I have gone to get my order and it wasn't ready because it had been moved to the end of the orders based on pickup time.

Chase lake location is on the wrong place on the map making it difficult to find the first time. App needs a dine in option. I have a Samsung phone. For some reason the app has a difficult time working. It circles and circles for a long time. We were at the restaurant before I could get it open. Zoe's app is so much better. Plus Zoe's gives you reward credit when you order dine in. I love both restaurants and eat at both, depending on where I am. Would like Tazikis to work on improving their app!

Disfunction hassle. A few years ago the awards system allowed me to easily enter a payment method one time. And after that, their system automatically recognized my credit card every time and auto rewarded me points. It even automatically gave me credit when I had enough points for the ten dollar reward. Now it doesn't even allow me to enter a payment method, nor does it automatically reward points I have to sign in at the counter every time, wasting everyone's time, workers and others in line
