This app is a test of patience. A board and brew location opened up near me so I got the app to order ahead. While other reviews as of last year and older list this app as completely unusable, I was able to atleast create an account and order a sandwich with only a few issues. My phone could just be slow, but the app had a few hangups and is generally very slow to load. The interface feels clunky and sad, similar in performance to the Jack in the box app (which sucks). Hope it gets optimized.

This app needs alot of work. The scan card feature doesn't work. The app freezes half the time. My account information has been deleted twice and .

Sadly still doesn't work...it opens, giving you the little loading icon, then promptly closes...every.single.time! Good thing you can order delivery through Door Dash! Lol
