It's an easy app for people to use for the most part. I haven't had any super terrible issues getting passes and such, but the newer implication of having to wait 5 minutes to activate it again is annoying. sometimes I take buses back to back and this is inconvenient. luckily my drivers are nice and understanding. sometimes it does act goofy when I try to use it to board, but overall it's fine.

Very helpful app! Scrambling for bus fare coins, I decided to see if there was a pre-pay method. Found this - easy to download, easy to navigate. 2 of the busses scanners didn't upload correctly, but the pass was activated and I boarded. I accidentally purchased 4 rail tickets and went to the site to request that they be cancelled. Within 12 hours I got a really nice email letting me know that they were cancelled and a refund is forthcoming. Product, service, all great! Thank you!

Refuses to use in-app purchases through google play, forcing you to give them your card details. If you minimize/close the app at any point after buying tickets, attempting to show/use that ticket later will instantly crash the app to the home screen. The only way to (temporarily) fix it, is to go into the app settings, clear the cache, and immediately try to use the ticket before the app crashes again. Borderline useless.
