had this app for over a year now and it's worked maybe 10% of the time I've had it on my phone. that may be generous. doesn't scan, doesn't load, it's far too easy to buy the incorrect pass, and unfortunately this is the only way I can take public transit unless I want to carry a bunch of ones. I don't have a vehicle, so I use it at least three to four times a week to get to and from work. my experience with this app is unfortunately familiar and supremely disappointing.

Responding to another review: Sometimes when I use the app to board and batt almost dead, I request paper to but some time. Two issues now are: on the QR screen, we need to see how much time is left on the pass & not current time. Plus the main screen that shows active pass, the time needs to be bigger in font (hurts the eyes to squint). Next problem is NO NOTICE of Free Ride Day. Wasted a day pass yesterday for nothing!! Some of us don't have money like that!

I have constantly experienced issues using this app for SLO Transit. Every time I use it I have to hold the phone next to the scanner on the bus for anywhere from 5 to 10 seconds, much of the time it doesn't even scan. These issues completely negate the convenience of having an electronic bus pass, as it literally takes me just one second to swipe a paper pass.
