This app used to be reliable. easy to make transaction, easy to refund, easy to deliver, easy to complain and get solution from. But nowadays, even getting an instant delivery or same day wouldn't guarantee you the delivery time. Rumor has it that they have some problem with the amount of payment to the courier service, that the couriers won't take the order, sometimes for days. Imagine when you pay the instant or same day service, in order to get the items on time, but faced with this glitch.

Ever since the management change, there has been a lot of bugs. Currently, special chat bubbles cannot be viewed (just displays white bubble) and seller's chats are labelled as "you've got new promotions", making it very easy to miss. Prices are also high due to large cuts from sellers. It used to be worth the higher price since the UI/UX is cleaner and more comfortable than competitors' apps, but the quality has fallen so much that it no longer justified the higher prices.

Too many notifications that aren't relevant to the app's function. I've disabled all notification options in the app and phone settings. However, notifications still appear even when I open the notification panel on my phone. Imagine, every time I open the notification panel, a notification from Tokopedia immediately pops up. It's incredibly distracting and annoying.
