UI is a little bit weird, and somehow I can't check my purchase history (both recent and some time ago transactions). Gone, literally gone, I can't even track back the exact type or store that I have bought from, even tho I already logged in using the same account as always (this account). Also too much deduction for sellers, yet not much promo for the customers when compared to Shopee. Back then I used to prefer Tokped, now Shopee seems better. I know you guys can do better...

Your algorithm getting suckkkkkkkkssssssss. The timeline becoming too personalized even for unnecessary things, accidentally tapped on one item once and it became everywhere. The track update also getting slower even even needed days. The discount system sucks. Also glitching with the price tags on the items are everywhere, tapping on any item on the cart I'm about to check out and just the same glitch. What's wrong with this company just keep downgraded.

I've got a horrible experience. 1. False information : They didn't check the last track of my order, I had to remind EVEN to send them the screen shot of the track order. 2. No confirmation: Without my confirmation, my order had been sent back to the seller. I didn't know that I refused without even accepting/seeing the condition of goods. 3. Slow response and no refund : 4 days have passed and the Tokopedia Team is still saying "We're still investigating" and still no refund.
