Ratings and reviews

Well I tried to signup on their website. I signed up & began to fill out the profile surveys & after I did a few it wasn't showing they were completed. So I logged out & in again a few times so I could see which responses it had recorded. Then I couldn't log in anymore to finish. I emailed cust. service thinking it was a pass. problem. Then Carrie very rudely said that my acct. had been flagged & that I couldn't access it or use it anymore!!! No explanation or sugg. on how to fix it!!!

The app is freezing and not loading surveys. I can do one maybe every couple months because it is refusing to load. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled several times and the issues continue. I have a galaxy s20 and the most recent Android update. I'm not sure why it would not load properly. Will give 5 stars once this issue gets fixed. I would like to do more than one survey every month. The point is to be paid. I can't do it if it's not loading.
