Ratings and reviews

Had many horrible experiences with them. They always pay late. Everytime it takes them 3 to 4 weeks to pay. Other survey apps pay instantly. Wouldn't recommend this app at all. Horrible customer service. They reply with copy & paste answers. The surveys many times don't bring you back to homepage & don't credit you for your time & efforts. Toluna does nothing about it also. Unlike other apps when you reach out to them, they credit you. Not toluna.

Not happy with the app. Sometimes it stalls and the only option is to cancel because you're left in limbo. Then, of course, you lose out on possible points. Sometimes it takes me to a blank screen. Again, you have to cancel or you're stuck. Several times it's taken me to a survey in French - my French is good enough to respond but why is the survey showing up in the first place? And while it's all good and well to report the problems, who notes the survey number? I've been told twice they can't help without it. So yeah, 3/5 on a good day.

No matter what I try, I cannot download the app update, preventing me from doing surveys. The app also freezes at or near the end of surveys, so I don't get my points. Your app needs a LOT of work to fix these issues. Edit - Toluna got right back to me with a workaround that will let me do surveys again. Thanks for being on top of things, Toluna!
