It's very aggravating. There is a lot of bugs and issues with the app. I can't finish some surveys and polls for some reason. Some of the questions will not permit me to pick them. It's took a very long time to get thru the basic profile question s. As a matter of fact I'm not thru it all the way yet!!!!It gets stuck and glitches to much I'm considering delete the app if it doesn't improve. It's wasting to much of my time just to get thru the basics.

Completing surveys only counts as disqualified and you get more points if the survey never loads at start. So no point of completing and wasting 8min for 100 points, just get disqualified at start or hope the survey crashes Update: been about two years now and tried it again. Now all surveys disqualify after loading screen, cause I'm not targeted personal. Lol

Been doing surveys with toluna fir a while now, on my desktop pc. Received an email about downloading the app. When I go to login to the app on my phone, message keeps saying "general error occurred, please try again later". Keeps saying this no matter what I do or try. Restarting, reloading, etc.
