Not only doesn't it help in any way connecting you to Energy Assistance.I started receiving notifications that money was deposited into my PayPal account from this app. Something clearly isn't right here. I immediately uninstalled it.

It says to apply download the app I downloaded it and there's nothing for applying for Liheap anywhere it's useless information you can get from Google without having to download an app not sure what the purpose in that is

I believe this app is incomplete. There are adbanners but not overwhelming ads for a confusingly simple app. Maybe a mock class assignment that was due. Because it has interesting content that is very great to be informed of. It has a home page and several windows leading to subsections of one theme content. If improved, more stars will be granted. The obvious room for improvement is exemplified by no link guiding me to the resources discussed. There was a resource banner but non-working.
