Add Calorie Counter This app is pretty good and that's why I switched from Fitbit to TomTom, but you need to be above their level with what you offer with your app. You already have a great product. You need to add a calorie counter to your app so you can input that data and have it subtract from calories burned.
Getting worse. So now it insists I have GPS location on in order for Bluetooth to work and enable me to sync my watch. Why? I never use GPS all the time and it worked perfectly fine before using 'network and WiFi' location. Then, when its synched and you close the app, turn off Bluetooth and the notification drawer has a constant notification from the app that can't be removed unless you force close the app. Honestly its a little embarrassing a company like TomTom having an app this bad.
Finally this crap was able to synchronise today after its last update. Only took one 10 months since last time I could. Dutch technology. Well done!
Not able to synchronize With the new update the app lost all my activities... And not updating new ones either... Pls back up your device with a decent app....
No sync connection with phone After multiple attempts to contact tomtom via all media outlets. The app for android is SHOCKING, it use to work perfectly fine, but since system update earlier in the year it hadn't worked.. worked fine on computer link and iPad sync just Android. It's about time you actually sorted this problem out. As a company you must read the poor reviews you keep getting on this issue SORT IT OUT, or at least explain the issue
Overall a good app Everything seems to be working fine now. At least the 'not connected' notification staying in notification tray permanently has been fixed.
Bug fixes and improvements - with focus on pairing and synchronisation.
