Downloaded app and did a test on 2 movies stored on my sd card. Both movies are now lost and I have not been able to locate them with my phone or PC. I'd like some assistance as well as better product R and D!! ****In response to your reply, how about coming up with a better solution and actually test your app thoroughly before releasing it!! I have searched my entire phone with my computer and have only found d 2 empty folders.....no movies to be found....but the memory space is still used up!!

Hi. Please help. I hide my very important data in this App . In my Mobile Vivo S1 Pro They were 9/10 folders. When i restored it , Most of data in my folders are disappeared. For example if there were 1500 pics in a folder. Now it showing only 100 pics. And mostly folders are totally disappeared. I also search it in hermit folder. But didn't found anything Please resolve my issues. It was very very important to me. I'm using your app from 5 years. I can't loose my data this way. Thanks

I use on a Samsung A70 and the fast mode is very quick. It works well without the password. I set a 4 digit password (and wrote it on a piece of paper) and it worked a few times, but when i returned to my phone later and tried It would not recognize the 4 digit password. After that i was not able to recovery my files :-( Also, the files that were hidden were on the phone's internal memory and I am not sure if the 3Gb space that they were occupying is also lost forever as i have not been able to recover the files. The OS is Android 9, and I cannot find the hidden folder indicated, only a folder named "com.boli.hermit.hider", and inside this, another folder named "files" which is empty. The exact same folders are on the phone's internal memory and on the SD card.
