I'm using this app so many many years since I forgot when. Maybe 2014 or something. It does very good (until now I think). Last hour, I recover my files and suddenly this app stopped. I checked my gallery, my files explorer, even on hermit folder, all my files is missing. The folders still exist, but all of them are empty. I'm so stressed to search where they are. Please dev, is there any way to recover my lost files? I'm so brokenhearted now..

Hi. Please help. I hide my very important data in this App . In my Mobile Vivo S1 Pro They were 9/10 folders. When i restored it , Most of data in my folders are disappeared. For example if there were 1500 pics in a folder. Now it showing only 100 pics. And mostly folders are totally disappeared. I also search it in hermit folder. But didn't found anything Please resolve my issues. It was very very important to me. I'm using your app from 5 years. I can't loose my data this way. Thanks

I have lost near about 1000 photos and videos while restoring them. Please guide me to recover those files. While restoring, mobile screen went black and suddenly all the files in folders got deleted automatically as if they were never there. I tried to search in the hermit folder in recovery area but found nothing. While checking the folders, I noticed the size of the folders are decreased and photos/videos in those folders deleted . Please please help me... Those were very important data.
