Your Tonik Account is your main account. Customer service is not very helpful at all. Same with their app. I emailed their customer care tas I want to close my account since there is no use in keeping it anyway and also I've never did the top up ever. Then they told me to go to the in app chat. I installed it again and did the whole process of verifying which also sucks. Their dashboard popup is also not very friendly as it always asks you to update info. In the end, in app chat service is not responsive at all as she ghosted me.

Editing my review. I was glad I was able to finally log back in to my original account after changing my phone number which was easy, thankfully. However, I applied for their loan 3 weeks ago and it still shows need to wait 24 hours. They don't even bother to give you any update on the delay. And when you chat with their agent, you'll just get the same old scripts which is already annoying especially for someone like me who has been checking with them for few times now

Never fails. Fast approval of loan. This is my 2nd time requesting for a loan. Amortization schedule set out to you for your review, and they have longer payment terms. They pattern their payment schedule to your salary schedule. No unsolicited and annoying calls. There's so much to love about but the icing on all of it are 1. You can also use the platform to digitally save money which generates higher interest rates compared to offline banks, 2. They use witty texts and sweet endearing terms.
