DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.I bought an item 2 weeks ago that was a come-on to get me to join. I was supposed to get the full amount refunded to me. The app plays hide-n-seek with the amount. I can't withdraw the money because it doesn't even have it listed as pending. I started to fill out the form for missing money, but it tried to trick me into signing that I had received the amount. I've met lawyers who aren't this crooked. TopCashBack doesn't deserve the overall high score it has.

Don't be fooled. This app is fraudulent. They intice you by offering a higher percentage cash back than other apps out there but you never actually get any of it. They get out of it by having a disclaimer on the pending payout screen that states that the retailer has to release the funds. They have no control over when/if they do. I have almost $20 total from 4 different retailers that has been "pending" for over a year. No issues with receiving cash back on other apps for the same retailers.

Unimpressed so far. This app has one of the best % back, and the worst transaction history. Everything is pending forever, including the sign-up bonus, which should NOT be pending after my first "completed" transaction. Customer service says it was fixed, but it is not, and I'm wondering if I will get paid for ANY of these or if I'm just wasting my time on tbis app, when I could be using Rakuten, Coupon Cabin, or Retail Me Not, which have so far been a bazllion times better and more responsive.
