Ordered a bunch of stuff off this site, noticed that I was not receiving most items and been waiting 2 months now. I try to get a refund for the items I have not received and get a run around. This site is pathetic and found most of it on Amazon for cheaper and I know all my items I'll receive because Amazon is all about customer service. I would never recommend TOP HATTER to anyone all the rings I did buy tarnished within week or two, same with the bracelets.
They are offering things that they don't have. I purchased a phone case made for my phone, then it wasn't available in the phone selection options. I had to cancel, and they suspended my account, voided my credit I had, because their seller lied about the phones it would fit. AND I GET PUNISHED FOR IT. Uninstalling. If I could give 0, I would. And I was a heavy buyer. I'm returning EVERYTHING. Customer service just keeps saying because I canceled to many times, (twice- the first, the listing did not match the picture) they are suspending me. No customer service, just the same form letter.
Everytime I go to sign in it says wrong password. Then when I click on the forgot password it say an email has been sent, but has not. This is a rip off and I'm going to report this to Google, I've tried to cancel my order and they deactivated my account until my order shipped, then I had to set up a new account and it shows no orders. So I've tried to contact them only for them to give me a $5 credit on a $6 order. They never even discussed the return. So now I'm going to contact my bank and dispute these charges. Also the instructions that came with the watches are a joke and some of it aren't even words and what the tell you to download does not exist.
I didn't exactly have a chance to read the reviews prior to downloading this app, yet I must say that I am extremely glad that I did prior to actually ordering anything from this... So Called "Company" I'm Sorry But any "Company" (and I use the term lightly) that does not have a way for you to ACTUALLY SPEAK to a LIVE PERSON... Than something is up. I suffer from agoraphobia; thus I do not leave my home. I depend on Companies such as Amazon, Walmart and others. Unfortunately there is no way that I would recommend anyone that claimed to be a "Company" yet had no way of making actually verbal communi-cations with the customer. And all they say is refer to such and such in the ref... So and so. I highly suggest you do not use this app!!!
this has outrageously overpriced crap for sale. all the jewelry can be found on Amazon or Wish for incredibly less & without the blatant lies about items or prices. some things never show up but they do offer a very prompt refund if you don't get it, but some sellers send the wrong thing & then you have to deal with the return process. yuck. save yourself money & stress and don't bother with this total rip off. go to Wish or Amazon and see for yourself how much less you pay for exactly the same jewelry, clothes, make up, electronics & everything else.
It keeps telling me that my account was canceled. I didn't cancel it. How do I fix this? I really would like to continue to use this app. Will give 5 stars once account is fixed. I also noticed quite a few purchases that I made on Jewel are actually Tophatter. Not a problem there. But even feed back I've read about customer service is definitely true. I've sent a couple messages about items I've won, that I would like to exchange for a different size. Still now answer.
