High daycare quality comes from entering into dialogue with those it affects. For this reason, the children are involved as experts for themselves in the daycare center quality dialogue and are asked about six topic areas from day-to-day daycare life using the TopKita children's survey. Children between the ages of 4 and 6 can rate what they like about their facility and what they like less. A little monkey accompanies the children through the app and reads the questions to them, which they then answer with a thumbs up or thumbs down. Educators are asked to discuss the children's feedback with the children in the group within a week and to derive measures. The app can only be used in conjunction with the child survey module from TopQuality for Kitas GmbH.
