Passports, ID cards, driving licences, insurance, residence permits, vehicle papers. Papira keeps them in one place — on your phone, and nowhere else — and tells you months before each one expires.

Add a document, set its expiry date, and Papira warns you months ahead, not the day before. You choose how early.

Papira has no accounts and no servers. Your documents are encrypted on your device and are never uploaded. There is no usage analytics and no crash reporting.

Lock the app with a PIN or your fingerprint. Back up when you choose, to a file that stays yours.

The free plan shows one ad at the bottom of the Today screen, provided by Google AdMob. It never receives your documents. Paid plans have no advertising at all.

No ads — €2.99/year. The free plan, without advertising.
Individual Plus — €7.99/year. Your own profile, unlimited documents, countries and dossiers.
Family — €16.99/year. Up to eight people.
Professional — €29.99/year. Adds companies and entities.

All subscriptions are yearly. Prices are shown before local taxes — the Play Store shows the final price for your country.

If a subscription ends, nothing is deleted. Everything you already have stays visible, editable and exportable. Only creating more is paused.

What’s new

Today now shows each item from the moment you asked to be reminded — not just 30 days out. Choose any lead time up to two years, and mark what you've already seen: it comes back at the next reminder.

Countries now really organize — add, remove and delete documents in each country.

Bank cards are now part of the Plus plan. Cards you already saved are still there.

Long counters are no longer cut off.
