It took me 28 mins to place my order because of your app's failures. If I was new to Torchys and wasnt in love with your food already, i would have gotten food elsewhere. App won't allow you to select or deselect food options and takes several minutes to work. Very frustrating. Please fix your app because we love your food.

The app would be great if it would actually take any form of payment. Wasted a lot of time trying different payment methods which were all good to end up having to walk in anyway.

The app changed the delivery address after submitting order on two separate orders and there is no way to contact DoorDash, who handles the delivery, to resolve. It has you call the store itself who can't change the delivery address. When I order directly through DoorDash, there are no issues.
