I'm not sure why people are hating so much. We have a HVAC system with one indoor unit atm. The unit connected to our WIFI and the app very quickly. Granted, the setup is not the most user friendly interface, but once connected it's easy. The energy monitor is good and informative and the operation interface is easy to use and I have as yet had no connection issues. My only recommendation would be to introduce a schedule. I'm a little surprised it hasn't got this option.

Extremely buggy app! I have 3 units and I see my ACs ofline. After few kills, ACs became online. SURPRISE! When I change some settings it does not reach the AC... until some kills... if you can use some another application, then skip this one. it's more than useless. Sorry Toshiba. EDIT: After reporting the issue, Toshiba reacted and the support contacted me. They provided me information what to do and looks like the fix is working so far. Thank you Toshiba, unexpected nice surprise.

Buggy, clunky UX. Nothing I can't work around, but not great. Send these to devs: 1.When I return to the app it often freezes and needs closing from history menu (swipe up). 2.FIXED:The setting to stop prompting when controlling a group of units doesn't work: It always prompts. 3.When switching networks, it often appears to work but silently fails. SUGGESTIONS: 4.Give me more than 4 events per day. 6 or even 8 would be useful. 5.An "advanced" mode to edit settings that the wired remote can edit.
