No geolocation feature on launch to recognise what store I'm closest to. No option to place a quick reorder. No way to view a previous order other than checking emails, which is really outdated. No notification to check if my order is ready. No chance to amend an order. No way to select multiple stores. Unable to have more than one store on the home page. This app is missing a lot of features which are vital...... No essential!
Like other people, got into an endless loop during registration. I signed up ok, but it wouldn't let me log in. Fire the team who did the android version, and let the team who did the in-store version do their job (the in-store app seems to actually work well). And do some simple usability testing, which is as easy as asking someone who has never used the app before to order some food. If they are like a rat in a maze with no exit, which is what I realized I was being treated like, then fix the darn app.
Horrible!! Takes ages to do anything on the app!! Takes so long to load anything too!! Needs a lot of work. It shouldn't take 5 to 10 minutes to order 1 or 2 things
Even basic things like login does not work!! Don't even bother downloading it.
Absolute garbage. After registering I was put in a repetitive loop where it didn't recognise the details it just let me register with. Poor UI. Ultimately useless crapware.
Seems to be a bug at registration meaning you can't select you local store therefore cannot order. a colleague had the same issue weeks ago, suggest prioritising a fix
