Quick and easy I found the process very quick to set up, and I'm sure it will be even quicker next time, and incredibly easy to order. I turned up 15 minutes earlier than my collection time but it was no problem. Excellent app, excellent service.
Excellent food, awful app Shame that such an excellent chain is let down by such a terrible app. A few gripes: forgets your login, reports there is no internet connection when there is, doesn't save your phone number, has a pretty terrible and confusing UI, doesn't make the collection time obvious and defaults to the current time. But excellent food at the end of it all!
Great idea. Poor implementation Doesn't let you sub in and out from standards. Would be great to not have to queue. Would definitely eat your food more often if it was waiting for me to collect but I can't order what I want. I can't pay for it and it is actually easier to go to the outlet and get the team to do it. Unless there's a queue in which case I go elsewhere.
Doesn't let me submit payment (spinning wheel of death followed by error message), card scanning doesn't work, and UI is un-intuitive! Would suggest Tossed go back to the drawing board on this.
Work on usability needed Very irritating when ordering for 'as soon as possible' and you are forced to go back and adjust time to allow for 5 minutes prep. Just do it for me computer. A few other niggles, but ordering experience is good.
Streamline the first time experience if you can, but it's never easy Choosing ingredients : would be better to step me through each category of ingredients, rather than one massive list. I inadvertently missed dressing and seasoning options. Right now, this app feels less convenient than just queuing up in store, but I'll persist in the hope it improves, because I like the concept.
