I downloaded the app to make a payment on a bill. I selected "one time payment" to make a partial payment and at no point would it let me change the price from the full amount, and summitted the payment for the full amount with no way to cancel the scheduled payment. I can't afford the full payment right now so now I'm going to be late on other bills because of this. Extremely inconvenient, useless, and horribly designed app. I'm not one to usually leave reviews, but this one deserved it
