I am a Tulane employee and lately I have not been able to sign. It continues to say incorrect password. When it let's me sign in it does not let me enter a location for my destination. This is awful and needs to be FIXED. The app recently worked very well. This also happens from my desktop in the office.

I really enjoy this app, but I feel like if you need to take multiple busses to your destination, we need an option to order the transfer bus while we are boarded and in transit to our first destination. Could this feature be added to a future update of this app please.

this app is so useless. I ordered I ride which parked really far from the pick spot. when I was really class to the van, it canceled nand left me. if that wasn't bad enough, when I was trying to order another ride through the app, it wouldn't let me claiming there is another ride order and that I should wait and try again after 15 minutes. I hate this app and I strongly advised it to be either fixed or deleted.
