Sellers are great!! Prices are FANTASTIC!! Just be prepared to deal with 'features' that override your notification settings in the app AND override the settings on your phone unless ALL notifications are off. Went to support and it was called a 'feature'. The biggest issue w this is it steals from sellers. They get discounts for bookmarks on events. If notify is off, you cannot bookmark.

The only good thing about this app is the auctions. There is a "LIVE" feature which is basically live streams of people talking about whatever they want, usually not plant related. The chat help agent responds very quickly on mundane things, but ask them about contacting the seller for a refund then it's crickets. When you try to look at pics of the plant being sold, they either wont scroll or they zoom in without prompting. APP NEEDS A LOT OF WORK!

I was happily buying on this app with ZERO issues spent hundreds of dollars. then one day the app blocked my payment. not my bank, PALMSTREET. I contacted support to find out what happened. they asked for screenshots of my bank declined payments... the sale never went through. so no decline on my banks end. I tried to explain that. went to log in the next day, and BOOM. PERMANENT SUSPENSION!?! i dont know why, ZERO communication after I sent several emails and appeals. I dont know why.
