The app works well and has a lot of customization to allow moving photos and videos to many different devices, and services. The developer has been quick to respond to questions and issues. My only complaints are that the auto sync add on doesn't always, but that's probably partly to do with background task control. The bigger one is while the service will move videos, there is no way to automatically have it put videos in one place and pictures in another. I have to do it as two transfers.

Auto sync doesn't work properly. Manually syncing works perfectly fine with Photoprism. After setting up a schedule to auto sync every hour. It synced once and uploaded a dozen photos. It then stopped and hasn't worked since. I try installing an older version of the app however the auto sync trial doesn't work on that version.

Edit: oh, Okay cool! I'll try it out thank you! Ill do the free trial first before I decide to purchase. Was hoping to find an app that allows you to just pick the 1 album to autosync and backup to cloud.. this still does all photos or ones you manually choose. Don't see a point it's the same as Google photos

You can of course pick a single album or more albums for autotransfer. In the autotransfer settings just open "Autotransfer from", and change it from all to a number of albums that you like to have backed up. It's easy as that. If you don't want to see your other photos at all, you can also limit the gallery view in the display settings.

What’s new

* Fixed problems with FTP uploads
* Fixed the display of the recording date milliseconds placeholder for transfers
* Added error handling when new activities are launched to prevent app crashes
