Advertises syncing and bing ai integration, yet the syncing doesn't even sync your keyboard customisation or settings at all??? I used to have the bing ai integration and all of a sudden it is removed?? I literally have it enabled on the same account on my old phone but even after reinstallations and updates, it refuses to show up, so that's literally false advertising. Not cool at all

Have had this app since it came out, best key board by far. But since the last update 16.03 I lost my keyboard theme. It has been replaced by a white on black keyboard with tiny characters and it will not allow me to change itback to what I had say something went wrong our end. I would un and reinstall the app but I dont want to loose its statistics or memory of the things it has learnt from me. Update this was rectified Thankyou.3 yrs later it is still my default app. Superb Regards Kent Filmer

Just keeps getting worse and worse. The m button hardly works. All the other buttons on this row are fine but so many time I write soamy in stead. See! I done with this keyboard. It was good but typical Microsoft you just could not leave it alone could you? Such a bad company. At the monthly board meeting do you ask, what app is working well at the minute? Outlook? Well we'll see about that, do something so that it intermittently connects to the server. We've spoilt our of customers too much
