Since the March 2017 update, SwiftKey no longer automatically adds a space after each word. This has incredibly slowed down my input speed. It was perfect before this update. Like nearly every other user I feel that what made SwiftKey great was the predictions, not the corrections. Please make auto space an option again. I have been using SwiftKey for over a year.
So far not satisfactory for a apple user going back to android. I dont want to use suggestion bar but i am feeling forced. Emojis are not so good so far. Need more brightness and round shapes. Looks oval and sometimes rectangular. And there should be an extra tap button in keyboard only for emojis and bitmojis. Its annonying jsing tve same tap button for emojis and going go the next line. Vope you people might understand and do it better and easier to use. Fix it and get a fiver.
Ok so the keyboard itzelf is great. Customisation is great. But not being able to remove autocorrect area that is above the keyboard simply sucks. I used to use Samsung keyboard, but now I got new phone and google keyboard sucks. This got all I want but I dont use autocorrect etc so would love to have it removable! I type everything manually. And installed by default on OP phone. Pfff...
I love this keyboard app. I especially like how it is detachable and can be made to be small to be moved around the screen so that it doesn't take up half of the screen. I would definately recommend it to anyone else looking for a great Keyboard! One problem, I would give it 5 stars but the voice recognition does not work because it cannot be found in the Play Store...is there a substitute??
They NEVER LISTEN to customers. Thousands of people complained for many, many years but automatic spacing after pressing the dot is forced and can't be disabled! And yet they only add gimmicks such as skins and emojis... I have a dot in my email address and every time I enter my email address I need to press backspace. Extremely poor productivity. They can simply add a single option to disable this "feature", which is, actually a bug.
I used to swear by this keyboard. Lately I'm looking for a replacement. It remembers full sentences that I typed once, ages ago, and continues suggesting those exact sentences no matter how often I type something else. Sometimes it remembers my phone number, sometimes not. But worst of all, they recently silently changed the behavior of capitalization and spacing to something entirely counterintuitive. I don't know how much time I wasted correcting it while relearning how to use the same app.
