"I have set watchmen on your walls, O Jerusalem; They shall never hold their peace day or night. You who make mention of the Lord, do not keep silent, and give Him no rest till He establishes and till He makes Jerusalem a praise in the earth." Isaiah 62:6-7
The Bible calls us in the day but also in the times of the 'night' - hard times - to bring Israel in prayer to God.
Who make mention / an appeal (Mazkira | מזכירה) of the Lord. Means that someone else remembers something, modern Hebrew: secretary. So we are therefore called and allowed to remind God of His promise.
Proclamations includes several promises that you can use while proclaiming at home at work, at church / congregation or when you walk on the walls of Jerusalem.
Let us always remember the Lord day and night of His promises to His people.
