I'm able to login to the Tower Hill online portal, but get an, invalid credentials error, when attempting to login via the app. I've verified that the same username & password, which is copy & pasted from a password management app to the mobile app, is also used to login via the online portal.

Basically useless. Document center will not fully open documents. Only a blank page is shown. Just use their web site.

Great app for a top tier insurance carrier. Quick and easy access to file a claim or communicate with adjuster. Can change pay plans and pull up important documents after a storm. Highly recommended.
