Nonfunctional Logged into app, enterd my vin which pulled up the correct vehicle, tried to cheked the recall section and was asked to enter my vin again .... why? Tried to use the app to email but guess what, got to the last step and app won't move passed it. I have already enterd my vin# on the app, so why do I have to enter it again to see if there is a recall? I think Toyota is making it difficult intentionally. App marginal value at best!!
Great app to have for Toyota owners. Was able to log in without any problems. Was a little sceptical after reading all the bad reviews but the app works flawlessly. Would be nice to have more features. All together: great job Toyota
How long does it take to fix this? Like everyone else before me, I can't log in, even after changing the password. I'm glad the car service is better than the app service, or I wouldn't have bought my new Camry Hybrid.
Have Never Been Able to Log In Always says invalid username/password, regardless of how many times I reset my password....
The app and site are not working. Unable to sign in and creating a new account with the same email will not work as the original email is still linked to the original account which is not accessible.
