Ratings and reviews

Been using the service for quite a long time. Sad to say, the service is not getting better nor well maintained. Transactions have been becoming less reliable where some may indicate pending or unsuccessful, the money will be stuck somewhere for a while (faq says 10 days) before it is returned. Don't think I have much trust in using their service anymore. It was once a game changing service, but I guess this is the reality.

Did not see the disclaimer at the *very end* of the app description saying it's only available to residents of Malaysia. The whole pitch is that it's the future of payments in Southeast Asia--but only for people in one country, apparently. Yeah, okay. I'll be waiting for it to expand to *all* of SEA so I can stop paying exorbitant processing fees for AirAsia flights (one of the reasons I avoid AirAsia in the first place).

Lacks urgency in replacing my virtual card even after feedback to customer support that the card details had obviously been compromised since there are fraudulent transactions attempted with the card details on a regular monthly basis. Very disappointing since I had to freeze the card in order to prevent any successful transactions with the card from being processed. Update: Finally had the compromised virtual card replaced, thanks for the follow up.
