Nothing about the app, it's just how garbage the data itself is. Checking the signal on my phone will always show the signal to be less than 1MB/s, most of the time it'll be less than 5KB/s which makes everything including messaging completely unusable. (Update, Data has worsen, shows full signal on the top of my phone but unable to play games/ send messages, extremely delayed and then back to lagging) Also it'll become completely unusable at night on the last few days before reset.

Don't waste your time using this Telco. Incoming and outgoing calls issues. All they can tell you is that their system shows that the sim is active and only advice they can provide you is to restart, re-install app and BLA BLA BLA. All the non constructive advices and solutions. Worst decision I've ever made to try it out. Thank God there's no contract.

Cant even login when overseas as they keep asking otp on the mobile number which never came. Should provide alternative login like email or something. Since phone number login does not work at all overseas. Now i am stuck overseas with no way of checking how much data i have left, and no way of topping up if it were to finish.
