I was very happy with my tapo camera at first, video quality is great but the tech is VERY flawed. It stops recording when there is still motion, the beta geotracking doesn't work so you have to record all the time or remember to turn it on when you leave & even using the cloud it randomly will no longer record so you can't ever count on it to be working. I haven't changed anything and am literally jumping up and down in front of the camera and I can see myself but it won't record. Disappointing

My favorite cam so far! The only thing that would make it perfect is Ethernet port, to so that it could be used with a computer! It's the best indoor/outdoor camera around for$25! Can't beat it! Just as many options as"Ring,if not more! The SD card for local storage is fully functional for FREE! Cloud storage subscription is optional,not mandatory! Ring requires a subscription to access all functions! The Tapo app is straightforward and easy to use as well! I Immediately ordered another one! 5*

I'm not seeing any of the motion detection recordings. I'm getting notifications when my camera picks up motion, but it just says "No recordings" when I go to view them. The SD card section in the app's settings shows that there is used space. There's clearly an issue with the app communicating with the camera. This is a deal breaker.. Please address this problem..
