This app is so glitchy. The most frustrating part is it doesn't update and you have to completely Uninstall, restart, download and then log in again.... sometimes 3 times before the update works. My UCx app randomly stopped accepting calls from work a few days ago. Noticed it yesterday, went to the play store and didn't show that it needed an update, turns out there was an update. Still fighting to get it to work properly. It is a great concept just needs A LOT OF WORK.

All of sudden, the app on my cell phone stopped ringing. I still get calls on the desktop version which has worked flawlessly. However, the cell phone app has been mainly hit or miss. Call quality has been a consistent issue especially with other ucx client users. Echos and choppy calls have been the main problems aside from occasional app completely stop working.

Dropped calls, no calls...this is my day. It's easier to go into the office because two things. The old app I could change people's extension to their cell phones, this one no longer able to do so. And I get more dropped calls or the calls not going through the new clients I can actually help. Their frustration level is understandable as they think I am always hanging up on them. Terrible. For the amount of money for this software, 100% not worth it. Love the idea, poor execution.
