Easy to book. The service is excellent with new car. I use selfdrive rent service

Call the call centre, said rental booking can be done via app. Downloas the app, when choose the area and the car app asking for register, call centre officer said required ID. Looking at edit profile, verify membership multiple times, try this and that, click different buttons in attempt to find where can i put ID but useless, no such ID related menu was visible. Oh ya, btw one more thing my name appear as Mrs, and no option to change it. Anyone who build and maintain this app is amateur !

The local fleet in Medan lists all stock as limited and so the app directs you to their what's app, which is automated and simply directs you back to the app. This happens no matter which day you want to reserve the vehicle. I checked several dates over the next year. So there is no way to successfully make a reservation in Medan using this app.
