I have been using that 10 since 2006... Never any issues until the last 2 years customer service's non-helpful and we'll hang up on you originally I had that 10 because they had the best customer service out there and that was true.. now it's as if they don't care and most of the people don't speak a language that's conclusive to English.. now I'm being forced to go with a Verizon sim card I don't want Verizon doesn't work very well in my country area.. don't waste your time with this company

Been with Net10 over a year. Was not using hardly any data (too slow) so I got a cheaper phone card with less data. Customer service changed my plan. Got the same card as last month, now they are saying it was a one time only service. My phone plan is $5 less than card I bought (only one they offer at stores near my plan). Can't switch to plan I bought, said it's not compatible with my phone. My phone can Talk/Text/Data. Can't return card, Thanks for ripping me off. Don't recommend this service.

Net10 service customer service was very helpful and explain to me very simply the process of pourting my phone number. It is difficult for me to understand sometimes so this was a pleasant experience for me.
