The app is just as frustrating as the Simple Mobile service provider, if that's possible. You are required to login every time you open it as if you had just downloaded it. Half the time it won't recognize the password entered, even if it is correct. Then will keep asking for login for everything you try to do in the app. Accessing My Rewards section is nearly impossible and once you get in, it will keep booting you back to Dashboard and login. Shop phones, add data and other options are hidden.

It won't allow me to login to the app or the website. The app worked great, up until the update, except it never lets me use my rewards points to re-up my account. It always comes up that there is an error. I have contacted customer service many, many times and when they try to do it on their end they get the same error. It's so annoying. What is the point of having rewards points where you can use them to re-up your account with air time if you can't use them anyway!!! Please fix the bugs.

Horrible Service since the Verizon takeover. Been a Simple Mobile customer for years, no issues until the Verizon takeover, had to buy a new phone, now unable to access my account or pay my bill online. I no longer get payment reminders, since unable to pay online, I wake up to no service and can't even call 611 to pay, NO service at all. I have to use my daughter's phone to call to make a payment. Haven't had time but will be switching carriers, Verizon sucks.
